The hotel is well-kept, with spacious rooms that provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. The pleasant staff ensured a warm environment. Enjoyed the clean swimming pool and the beachfront location made it easy to explore. Breakfast could use more local flavors, but overall a lovely experience.

Early check-in, fairly quiet rooms with nice decor and a four poster bed plus air con. Lovely staff and quick to respond. Free parking on site provided. Swim-up bar and well-maintained pool. Location near to restaurants, bars, and a shopping center too as well as convenient store...

A Slice of Coastal Bliss, A Good Stay at a Beachfront Sanctuary
Loved everything about the stay! The fine sea view room, complemented by friendly staff. The beach was pristine with crystal-clear waters, ideal for swimming. The beach and rooftop bars were perfect for chilling with delicious cocktails. Definitely a gem for relaxation and enjoying the coastal vibes!

New, simple and charming design, very clean rooms with very comfortable beds! Hotel staff are very polite, helpful and nice. Japanese restaurant in the hotel is nice and reasonably priced.
Breakfast choice is very bad, it is not a buffet, only one choice which is very basic American breakfast, no fresh juices (only carton juice) and no fresh fruits to start with. No variety of breads, only croissants and white toasts, tasted bad! Had it for the first day and did not bother to eat there anymore for the rest of my stay. Staff working in the Japanese restaurant are unpleasant and seemed unwilling to serve, which is unusual..... Would be nice to have a Thai restaurant in the hotel.

missingWrote a review on 27 Octmisleading rooms
Beware of the misleading room descriptions, particularly regarding views. The so-called 'pool view' can often be obstructed, providing nothing more than a terrible sight of an unremarkable wooden bench. Vague room placements often leave guests in buildings far from the main facilities-one end of the site feels abandoned, especially for those expecting a cozy stay. Noise levels can reach uncomfortable levels, with thin walls allowing sounds from adjoining rooms and hallways to disrupt sleep. The inconsistency in temperature from the showers can be downright shocking, literally, and cleaning issues such as roaches are unacceptable for the price point.

Stunning hotel, they are busy changing over to a Mercure and were a little short staffed, but even so we had a fantastic stay. The hotel and grounds are well designed and beautiful. Good location in Chaweng, close to the beach and lots of nice restaurants nearby. Will be back!

The location is tranquil yet close to lively restaurants. Our room had fine views, and the staff were attentive, consistently going above and beyond for us. The breakfast was delicious, especially the egg station 🍳🌺
The pool area could use more loungers during peak hours.

Excellent staff; good location
Breakfast was thin; water in shower was not constant temperature, swinging to very hot and very cold every minute.

the relaxed and luxury feeling in the hotel and the good design of the hotel
the bed sheets were not very soft to touch. I would offer to change the sheets to a softer fabric
